Terms & conditions and consultations

• Elisma Conradie Physiotherapy is a cash practice charging medical aid rates.
• Full settlement of the account is required after every consultation. 
• A copy of the paid invoice will be sent to the patient for their own records, and the medical aid for reimbursement purposes after the consultation. 
• Reimbursements depend on the specific medical aid plan and / cover. 
• Consultation fees may vary slightly, depending on the treatment interventions provided  and specific Medical Aid rates and plans. 

FIRST CONSULTATION - 60 min's 

A full, detailed assessment, consultation & treatment                              

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS - 45 or 30 min's

Standard follow-up consultations are 45 minutes. 

I will advise when a 60 minute session is needed, which will be in complicated to treat cases, or multiple areas to be treated simultaneously.
